A medical services organization in New York City is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their team in Queens as their newVice President of Homeless Shelter. Responsibilities: TheVice President of Homeless Shelterwill: Ensure that all direct and subordinate staff complies with the organization's and funders polices and rules Oversee all program operations and manage direct reporting program staff and their subordinates Develop and implement Quality Assurance measures to ensure quality service delivery to clients Ensure that all client files and program files are kept in compliance with organization's and funder's standards Direct, coordinate, supervise and document programmatic activities facilitated by direct reporting staff Observe staff engaging with clients and/or supervisors and their direct reports Conduct client and program progress reviews with staff Prepare, review and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of, contract reports and statistical information for both organization's management and funder use Qualifications: 2+ years of related Operations experience Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree Previous experience in a Leadership role Solid problem solving and time management skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communications kills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills: Master's Degree Previous experience in a Shelter role/setting Tandym Health
