Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: Fixed schedules (afternoon - evening shifts/part time positions available), Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Starting rate $80,000 annually (salary negotiable based on experience)

TELUS AI is seeking a skilled Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser to support our research team in Sunnyvale. In this unique role, you'll blend your expertise in ear impressions with cutting-edge AI technology, contributing to innovations that could reshape the future of personal audio devices. As our Precision Ear Modeling Specialist, you'll work in a dynamic environment known for its commitment to design excellence and user experience, interacting directly with study participants and creating precise ear impressions using advanced silicone molds. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your specialized skills in a setting where "thinking different" is not just encouraged, but expected. You'll be at the forefront of a project that bridges traditional audiology with next-generation technology, potentially influencing products used by millions worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality ear impressions using silicone molds, adhering to specific research protocols

• Engage professionally with study participants across diverse age groups (teenagers to seniors)

• Implement and maintain strict COVID-19 sanitization procedures between participant sessions

• Stay informed about the latest developments in hearing aid technology and industry best practices

• Represent the TELUS AI brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements:

• Active Hearing Aid Dispenser license in the state of California (proof required)

• Demonstrated experience in creating ear impressions

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Adaptability to rapid changes and evolving technology

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday: Fixed schedules available (afternoon and evening)

• Afternoon shifts: Part-time positions available

• Evening shifts: Part-time positions available

• Saturday: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm

• Consistent fixed scheduling (no rotating shifts)

• Part-time opportunities in afternoon and evening time slots

• Weekend availability required for Saturday coverage

• Specific time shift times and duration will be discussed during the interview process
