The Production Supervisor leads plant personnel to achieve objectives. This role involves initiating and or participating in cross-functional projects to accomplish goals associated with safety, quality, productivity, on time delivery and continuous improvement, while focusing on removing cost from the business. The Production Supervisor will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager and operate daily out of the Searcy facility.
