Program Administrator Location Fontana Village, NC :

Job Summary:

The Fontana Program Administrator is a management professional responsible for organizing, coordinating, and leading specific programs or initiatives within our organization. This role ensures that programs are implemented effectively, meet organizational objectives, and comply with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all operations, activities, related to the systems we use. Such as Stayntouch, Toast, Tripleseat, M3, ihotelier/Amadeus, Stellar, OTAs, Deputy, and ordering process for Retail. Dive into ways to integrate the systems so they speak to each other for streamline purposes and efficiency. Ensure efficient use of resources and achievement of program goals

  • Develop, implement, and monitor program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Recruit, supervise, and coach team members, including project managers and support staff
  • Establish and review program policies, practices, and standards, recommending improvements as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, community partners, stakeholders, and vendors to coordinate program activities and maintain effective communication
  • Prepare, monitor, and report on program calendars, metrics, and performance indicators
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies
  • Manage program-related administrative functions, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and database administration.
  • Analyze program data, prepare reports, and present findings or recommendations to leadership

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with budgeting, fundraising, and financial management
  • Familiarity with relevant industry laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
  • Proficiency with project management and office software to
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Public Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Work Environment:

  • Program Administrator works in office environments, which may include some on-site support for various departments or locations.
  • The role may require occasional after-hours work to address urgent issues or complete system maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
