Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of advanced fiber ribbon and ribbon cable products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and product management, to bring innovative solutions from concept to production.
Conduct product testing, validation, and improvement based on performance analysis and customer feedback.
Prepare detailed engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related field).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design and engineering, with a focus on fiber optic cable products.
Hands-on experience designing fiber ribbons and ribbon fiber cables.
Proven background in the fiber optic cable manufacturing industry.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
