Receiving, Equipment Operator

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This individual will be responsible for operating equipment in a safe manner within a standard size aisle in a warehouse environment. They will also be responsible for the daily tasks as it relates to the framework of operations, standard policies and procedures within their assigned department.
HOURLY PAY RANGE: $19 - $20/HOUR
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Checking equipment (pre-inspection) before using machinery
- Will be responsible for the distribution of materials from the Receiving dock to staged
- locations at assigned palletized locations
- Create cases from cancelled orders
- Add pick tickets to product without identification
- Work on Put Aways and the consolidation of product
- Do required re-work of product
- Convert A-Grade SKU’s to B-Gr.
- Quality Inspections through the Split/Move of cases
- Review and work on all Pallet Inquiry
- Print SKU Label
- Take care of all Hash product
- Work on exception handling (all unconsumed cases)
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 to 2 1/2 years’ experience in warehousing/Equipment Operating
Hourly $19 - $20
