Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team onsite in Ogden, Utah. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled in sourcing top talent across various roles. Requirements Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source experience in candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative channels. Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system. Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure timely updates and an exceptional hiring experience. Participate in career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach efforts as needed. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
