Recruiter I - On-Site Locations: + Seattle, WA + Arlington, VA + Herndon, VA Description We are seeking a talented, customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter to join a dynamic recruiting team. You will support technical hiring initiatives and drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with key stakeholders. Core Responsibilities: + Engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles using multiple sourcing techniques. + Partner with hiring managers to build and implement effective recruiting strategies. + Communicate sourcing strategies clearly, using data and timelines. + Manage candidates through the interview process quickly and efficiently to ensure a great experience. + Improve processes for efficiency while maintaining a strong client and candidate experience. Skills: Recruiting | Sourcing | Boolean | ATS | Lead Generation Basic Qualifications: + High-volume recruiting experience (phone/email/text outreach). + Experience with ATS/CTS systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates. Preferred Qualifications: + 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience supporting technical roles (Mechanical/Electrical Engineers, HVAC, Electricians, Engineering Techs). + Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. + Ability to manage multiple searches and projects in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills. + Self-sufficient and able to work independently. Experience Level: Intermediate Work Environment: Fully on-site, Monday-Friday Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Herndon, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
