Manage last-minute scheduling conflicts and adjustments quickly and efficiently.
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to streamline scheduling and logistics.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Ensure job postings are accurate, consistent, and up to date across all channels.
Support candidate experience initiatives, such as updating email templates in Ashby or coordinating feedback collection.
1+ years of professional experience
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communicator with a passion for delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to changing needs.
Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
Interest in building and improving recruiting processes as we scale.
The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $72,000 to $88,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
