### **About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated **Recruitment Coordinator** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in starting a career in recruitment. Full training will be provided.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Search for candidates on job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
* Review candidate resumes/profiles and filter them based on the given criteria.
* Conduct **initial screening calls** with shortlisted candidates.
* Help schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Keep records updated in recruitment trackers/Excel sheets.
* Support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities.
### **Qualifications**
* Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
* Good communication skills (written and spoken).
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with the internet.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
