Survey Project Manager / Register Professional Land Surveyor

A well-established engineering and environmental consulting firm is seeking a Survey Project Manager / Project RPLS to lead survey operations for a long term heavy civil construction project in Austin, TX. This is a leadership position where you'll oversee project oversight, quality control, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage survey work for a high-profile construction project, including invoicing and scheduling
• Review and coordinate survey work orders from general contractors and subcontractors
• Lead and document re-stake requests and maintain field procedures
• Oversee office processing to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Mentor and train survey team members

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of licensed surveying experience
• Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in Texas
• Proficiency with Trimble Business Center & Access
• Strong background in construction survey and staking
• In-depth knowledge of land surveying principles and practices
• Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development
