The Renewals Processing Manager focuses on managing high-volume renewals and ensuring a seamless, effective engagement model that aligns with the company's growth plans. In addition to working closely with sales and success leadership and executives, this individual will provide strategic input, process improvement, and tactical execution over the Global Renewals Pipeline. This individual will be an evangelist for Customer Retention and will focus on creating the appropriate amount of visibility and urgency to assist with the execution of renewal deals. As part of the duties, the individual will join direct team members, and other sales staff to help negotiate renewal deals to closure.
