This is a full-time, on-site role (40 hours/week) based in Colorado Springs, CO. It’s perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, staying organized, and supporting others with excellence, kindness, and a can-do attitude.

• You’re tech-comfortable (or eager to learn) with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, ZoomInfo, CRMs and some experience in an accounting program like Quick Books
• You enjoy building systems, finding patterns, and improving how things are done.
• You communicate clearly, reliably, and respectfully—even when things get busy.
• You find meaning in supporting a team that values integrity over profit and people over things.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the right hand to your Salesperson, keeping projects moving with daily check-ins, updates, and support.
• Gather quotes, check stock, update production timelines, and clarify order details with precision.
• Help compile and refine custom product options for clients and build a reusable library of resources.
• Submit mock-up requests, perform quick branding research, and ensure our graphics team has everything they need.
• Enter orders and deal updates into Zendesk, track progress, and help ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Contribute to lead generation, including researching qualified leads, entering them into our system, and initiating outreach campaigns.
• Send a daily end-of-day summary so your Salesperson always knows what’s been done—and what’s needed.

What Success Looks Like

We'll train you thoroughly over your first 60 days, with support from both your Salesperson and our leadership. Once you've mastered the process, you'll begin earning 1.5% commission on all sales you assist with -in addition to your hourly wage of $20 per hour. 

This means your organization, accuracy, and follow-through directly impact your success and your paycheck. For motivated and detail-oriented individuals, this role has an annual commission earning potential between $20,000 - $35,000, depending on sales volume and performance.
