Job Description:
We are seeking a highly reliable and cleared individual to serve as a Secure Facility Escort at a classified site in Gaithersburg, MD. This role is responsible for accompanying uncleared personnel throughout secure areas to ensure compliance with site security protocols and procedures. While the job is low in complexity, it requires strong situational awareness, professionalism, and adherence to strict security policies.

Hours: Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET

Responsibilities:

• Escort uncleared personnel in designated secure areas at all times.
• Monitor work areas to ensure security compliance.
• Enforce access control procedures as directed by site security officers.
• Maintain visual contact with uncleared individuals during their entire time in secure areas.
• Report any suspicious activity or violations to the security officer on duty.
• Follow site-specific protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Coordinate daily schedules with security and project management staff.

Requirements:

• Active Top-Secret clearance
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and respond appropriately in high-security environments.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in a secure facility or similar escort role is a plus but not required.
