What We're Looking For:
- A CPA with a degree in Accounting or Tax.
- 5-10 years of experience in financial statement preparation, compilations, reviews, and audits.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (experience with CCH Tax and PFX Engagement is a plus).
- A motivated professional eager to lead and develop an accounting team while fostering strong client relationships.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare financial statements, including compilations, reviews, audits, and trial balance work.
- Prepare and review tax returns.
- Provide tax strategy, research, and planning for clients.

Our Commitment to Work-Life Balance:
During tax season (February to April 15th), our team works a manageable 48-hour workweek—with no Saturdays! After tax season, we transition to flexible hours with many Fridays off, allowing for a balanced and fulfilling career.
