Job Description

Salary: $103,450 - 197,730 per year Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree; OR a minimum of 4 years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end analysis and/or operations, including requirement gathering, operational planning, data analytics, and future state analysis in support of business initiatives and enhancing operations.
• Strong understanding of business operations and systems, including business requirements processes.
• Proven ability to facilitate collaboration and achieve a unified understanding of business requirements, along with driving standardized processes across the enterprise.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as MS Visio, MS Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
• Experience leveraging best practices to identify and interpret data trends and patterns to enhance business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business data and trends to recommend adjustments to methods or procedures that boost efficiency and foster significant process and system improvements.
• Provide guidance and support to team members and functional partners in identifying and addressing opportunities, resolving identified gaps, and updating reporting metrics.
• Utilize functional expertise to create intricate deliverables that underpin departmental and enterprise initiatives including audits, business strategy development, and project support.
• Mentor team members and project managers, guiding them in problem-solving approaches and determining the best ways to aggregate and communicate findings.
• Manage broad functional projects and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on larger initiatives to fulfill business requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant systems and enhancements, identify training needs, and implement solutions.
• Develop business processes and suggest changes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business systems and activities.
• Provide insights, analyses, and recommendations to ensure alignment with operational and financial objectives.
• Analyze data and trends to uncover business optimization opportunities and support the team with assigned analyses.
• Establish and advise on policies, standards, risk management, and controls related to relevant processes.
• Coach and train other team members on the job while ensuring that risks associated with business activities are effectively identified and managed according to compliance policies.

This position offers a flexible work environment with the requirement to be in the office 4 days each week. It can be based in San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this role.

The salary range for this position is between $103,450 and $197,730, with compensation based on experience and market data. Employees may be eligible for performance-based pay incentives.
