Our client is seeking skilled and motivated Sonographers to join a high-performing imaging team in Waukesha, WI. What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound imaging with a focus on general scanning across a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure accurate imaging, smooth workflows, and outstanding patient experiences.
• Maintain imaging equipment, uphold quality standards, and support continuous improvement within the department.
• Contribute your expertise in specialized areas such as MSK ultrasound , helping the team maintain excellence as staffing needs evolve.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of sonography experience in a clinical setting.
• ARDMS certification required (multiple registries a plus).
• Strong proficiency in general ultrasound ; experience beyond cardiac scanning is preferred.
• MSK certification or MSK scanning experience is highly valuable , as the department anticipates potential needs in this area.
• Familiarity with GE ultrasound systems strongly preferred.
• A patient-centered mindset with outstanding communication and teamwork skills.

In transparency, pay rates are determined by the following criteria, each building on the previous experience:

Level 1 = $50/hr

• 3-5 years clinical experience in Ultrasound.
• Experience with GEHC Ultrasound systems preferred
• Confident in a patient care environment.
• ARDMS Certified (RDMS, RDCS, RVT, RMSKS)

Level 2 = $60/hr

• 5+ years clinical experience in Ultrasound.
• Experience with GEHC Ultrasound systems
• Confident in a patient care environment.
• ARDMS Certified (RDMS, RDCS, RVT, RMSKS)

Level 3 = $70/hr

• >5 years clinical experience in Ultrasound
• Experience with GEHC Ultrasound systems of more than 1 year
• Confident in a patient care environment.
• Contractor holds specialty skillset (as identified by Sr. Director Global Research)
• ARDMS Certified (RDMS, RDCS, RVT, RMSKS)
  

Level 4 = $80/hr

• Prior GEHC employee (not a pensioner)
• >5 years clinical experience in Ultrasound
• Contractor holds specialty skillset (as identified by Sr. Director)
• Experience on GE equipment more than a year
• Little to no training required
