Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Arizona.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Compensation Package:

• Production Bonus; 350.00
• Sign On Bonus after Caseload met.
• 1000.00 Referral Bonuses
• 5 year bonus; 2000.00
• 10 Year bonus; 4000.00
• FREE CEU's offered on a quarterly basis

• Lucrative Supervision pay for supervising seasoned SLPA.

**All bonuses are paid out contingent to minimum consistent caseload of 16 treatments per week during the initial sign on bonus, 5 years and 10 year anniversary and at least 1 year following the Bonus pay out date.

Job description:

• Theracare Pediatric Services is a leader in the disability space and is currently hiring Physical therapist for our Mesa Clinic.
• Provides Speech Therapy treatments and evaluations in an accurate and timely manner in a clinic setting.
• Provides on-going therapy in a Clinic setting.
• Communicates (to the parents as well as in reports, daily notes and in evaluations) observations regarding the patient’s progress, lack of progress, goals, etc.
• Documents weekly therapy sessions in our proprietary easy to use system.
• Responsible for maintaining good working relationships with coworkers and facilitating teamwork wherever services are being provided.
• Demonstrates sensitivity to cross cultural issues.
• Adheres to the regulatory and practice standards of Speech Therapy.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required as a natural course of employment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $63.00 - $70.00 per hour based on location.
