Job Summary The Department Manager is responsible for overseeing operations, providing leadership and guidance, and ensuring the department meets its goals and objectives. The Department Manager will manage personnel, assign tasks, and develop strategies to ensure the department runs smoothly. This individual will also be responsible for evaluating department performance and taking corrective action as needed.
