Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Supervisor to join our team! Pay ranges from $18–$22 per hour, based on experience.

• Oversee daily operations and ensure job site efficiency.
• Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and to company standards.
• Operate and maintain outdoor power equipment as needed.
• Communicate with clients and address any concerns professionally.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Ability to work outdoors and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledge of outdoor power equipment is a plus.
