Job Description
Triaplex, Inc. is looking for a Systems Administrator with a strong background in Windows Administration to join our team. This position will support a number of mission-focused customers with a variety of software deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and troubleshooting of IT Systems
- Provide Tier 1 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of issues.
- Manage daily administration of workstations and servers.
- Provide daily monitoring of systems' health, status, and availability.
- Manage and implement TA requests from project owners.
- Provide support to users and stakeholders in a manufacturing environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- At least 5 years' previous experience as a Systems Administrator.
- Five years' additional relevant experience as a Systems Administrator may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
- Current DTA certification
- Proficient with Windows Administration (Workstations and Servers)
- TS/SCI with polygraph

- At least one technical certification from the below categories (or equivalent):
- CISSP
- COMPTIA Security+
- Microsoft Azure Certifications
- Other Microsoft Certifications
