We are seeking an experienced Tax Accountant to join our CPA firm. The ideal candidate will have solid income tax preparation experience and a strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality work products.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare federal and state income tax returns for:
Individuals
Partnerships
Corporations
Trusts
Prepare and maintain supporting work papers for income tax returns
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and overall quality of tax filings
Work efficiently within firm standards and deadlines
Undergraduate degree in Accounting
CPA candidate preferred but not required
Minimum of 2 5 years of income tax preparation experience with a CPA firm
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

QuickBooks
Sage 50 Accounting (Peachtree)
Microsoft Excel
Minimal overtime required
