Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist at Vivalink located in Campbell, CA. We are seeking a technical, goals oriented individual to help grow existing and new accounts consisting of digital health technology partners. The role involves tasks such as converting leads into new accounts, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on execution of sales activities with a technical acumen
• Developing in-bound leads and manage existing accounts for sales growth
• Executing outbound strategies to capture new customers
• Working with marketing to support outbound campaigns or events
• Tracking customer data using the CRM system
• Building relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively grow the business

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in selling technology solutions; ideally with sensor and IoT enabled applications from mobile to cloud.
• Experienced with working in a fast pace, start-up environment
• History of successfully developing accounts from initial stages to revenue maturity
• Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in a technology/science discipline
• Using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) to track and report on all sales activities
• Self starter; ability to adapt to changes quickly
• Role is on-site; occasional travel may be required
