Job Overview:
Dinasty Security Services is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Monitoring Operator for our night shift team. The operator will be responsible for monitoring security cameras and alarm systems to protect client properties. Your role will involve detecting suspicious activities, responding promptly, and coordinating with on-site teams or law enforcement when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live camera feeds and alarms for multiple locations.
• Detect, verify, and respond to security breaches or unusual activities in real-time.
• Report incidents accurately and immediately using our logging system.
• Communicate with on-site security teams or law enforcement as needed.
• Follow established SOPs to handle various security scenarios.
• Perform system checks and routine testing of equipment.
• Maintain awareness of security protocols and adapt to any changes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security, monitoring, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
• Must be available for night shifts, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for long periods while monitoring security systems
