Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated Junior Python Developer to assist in building, testing, and maintaining applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python, a problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn modern frameworks and tools. This role is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who want to grow into backend, data, or full-stack development roles. Key Responsibilities Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code under supervision. Assist in the development, debugging, and testing of software applications. Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data storage and retrieval. Support the development team in API creation and integration. Collaborate with senior developers to follow coding standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews, sprint meetings, and documentation. Learn and adopt new tools, libraries, and frameworks as required. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Strong knowledge of Python fundamentals (data structures, OOP, functions, error handling). Basic understanding of web frameworks (Flask, Django, or FastAPI). Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.
