Project Manager

We're looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to support a dynamic team in overseeing key financial, administrative, and project management tasks. In this role, you'll work closely with the DEQ Program Manager and project team members to ensure smooth operations and successful project execution.

### What You'll Do:
- Maintain and update the state project management system (Touchdown) on a weekly basis.
- Track contractor hours, monitor key work streams, and manage financial and project status updates.
- Utilize MS Project, SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools to support project coordination.
- Schedule and coordinate working sessions, team meetings, and key project touchpoints.
- Take detailed meeting minutes and document project discussions.
- Assist with project documentation, reports, and templates.
- Provide support in creating and editing PowerPoint presentations and reports.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring project goals and deadlines are met.

### What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Office 365 applications (including SharePoint and Teams).
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Visio and familiarity with financial accounts is a plus.
