The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care within a Medical/Surgical setting, working 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This role requires floating within scope to meet facility needs and includes working every other weekend. The RN will perform patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Medical/Surgical setting.
- Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in Cerner.
- Float within scope to meet facility needs.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in Med/Surg.
- BLS certification.
- NIHSS certification.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- ACLS certification.
Special Considerations:
- Mandatory float facility; all resources are required to float at the facility's discretion.
- Must live within 75 miles of the facility.
- Scrub color: Navy Blue (not provided).
Scheduling:
- 3x12 hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month.
- No block scheduling.
