Job Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented eCommerce Coordinator to manage our online storefronts, ensuring seamless product configuration, pricing, and user engagement. This role blends technical and creative skills, covering storefront management, order fulfillment, reporting, and customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.

What You'll Do

Online Storefront Management

Design, build, and maintain eCommerce storefronts, including product configuration, budget allocation, and pricing setup.
Ensure storefront functionality is smooth, optimizing the user experience while keeping displays engaging and well-organized.
Work closely with graphic designers to create accurate product visuals, promotional banners, and curated category tiles.
Conduct routine audits to verify product pricing accuracy and availability.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Pack, ship, and manage on-site orders with efficiency and accuracy.
Handle data entry related to order processing.
Perform weekly order audits to identify and resolve order holds, ensuring timely fulfillment.
Oversee large promotional campaigns, tracking orders and inventory to minimize issues and ensure smooth execution.

Reporting & Analytics

Generate detailed reports for clients on current offerings, order history, and budget utilization.
Monitor platform performance, leveraging sales trends and customer feedback for continuous optimization.

Client Interaction & Demonstrations

Provide tailored demonstrations of the eCommerce platform, showcasing product offerings and features.
Assist clients with user account setup, budget reviews, login troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
Develop and manage promotional codes based on client needs and marketing campaigns.

Customer Service Excellence

Offer friendly and professional support via phone and email, directing inquiries to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their experience is smooth and positive.

Shipping & Receiving

Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring items are correctly packed, labeled, and scheduled for pickup or delivery.
Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips and inspecting for quality and accuracy.
Maintain detailed shipping and inventory records for tracking and reporting purposes.

Special Projects

Assist with assembling custom kits, promotional packages, or gift bundles based on client specifications.
Collaborate with the team on seasonal campaigns, bulk orders, and other special initiatives.
Take on additional tasks as needed, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience managing eCommerce platforms, ideally with storefront management systems.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team setting.
Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong drive to succeed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Familiarity with USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping procedures.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted, move shipments, and stand for extended periods as needed.
